Trust & Estate Litigation

Unfortunately, estate and trust administrations may not always go smoothly. Disputes may arise over the management of elderly or disabled family members or friends. Although estate planning can minimize the chance for litigation, sometimes it cannot be avoided.

Conflicts may include:

  • The validity of a will or trust

  • Disputes over the meaning of a will

  • Allegations of unfairness or undue influence

  • Allegations of wrongdoing by a personal representative

  • Creditor claims against an estate
