Billing Information

As required to be set forth by Colorado House Bill 2025-1090, the total price for legal services cannot be precisely determined due to the variable nature of legal work.  Time spent by lawyers, paralegals, and staff plus expenses will determine total price.  Hourly rates are as set forth above.  Total price will vary monthly depending on matters needed and progress.

Our billing for attorney fees is based on hourly rates. Any estimate provided is subject to change due to unknown circumstances, additional information, or other factors that may increase the time required to complete a client matter.

In addition, any costs incurred on behalf of the client (and not paid directly by the client) will be billed. These costs may include extraordinary postage and photocopying expenses, express mail charges, court filing fees, service of process, deposition copies, and real estate recording fees.
